On November 11, 2008 Dr Robert Laws, Superintendent of CBSD, admitted he was responsible for denying the taxpaying public equal access and opportunity to state our case, via a PowerPointpresentation, in support of the CB East community’s quest to build a multi-purpose stadium for the benefit of our student population, the staff of the campus and you, the taxpaying public at large.

The denial of our request was made even though that very same evening a PowerPoint presentation was made to those in attendance at the board meeting by Dr. Laws regarding district performance of PSSA scores. Our offer to present the PowerPoint presentation during the public comment section of the board meeting was even made earlier that day with the intent that if access to the board room equipment was not permitted we would supply our own equipment (i.e. computer, projector, screen and extension cords) and not impose upon the district to use the board room equipment (that was purchased with our taxpayer money.) Unfortunately, you were not provided with complete access to the same information contained in the printed version of the PowerPoint presentation as provided the school board members.

4. In the upper left hand corner, under “My Applications” click on “CyberCabinet”

5. On the left side a folder titled “CBE Patriot Stadium Committee” appears

6. Click on the folder to access the subfolder “Power Point”, click on this folder

7. In the right hand box two PDF files can be clicked on for view (save or print)
