2022 Family Checklist --

Are you new or newly registered for the 2022 East Football Season? Here is this year's player/family checklist -- 


  1. Email Coach D.
    Players should let Coach Donnelly know that they intend to play, by emailing him at If the player is a rising Freshman, they should also let Freshman Coach, Dave Kelly, know by emailing
  2. HUDL and TeamBuildr. 
    HUDL is the way the Coaches communicate with Players. Players should download HUDL to their mobile and get a registration key from Coach Donnelly. Teambuildr is your customized workout app.
  3. The CBE Football Parents Club.
    Parents should Register for CB East Football Parents Club -- This gives you player/family access to Sports Engine which is how we communicate with parents. Typically, the CBEFPC Secretary will email all of the families each Sunday. The CBEFPC meets monthly on Monday evenings -- stay tuned for the next meeting. 
  4. Download Sports Engine. Shortly after you register for CBEFPC, you will be added to the online roster and should receive a link to download the Sports Engine App for your phone. This allows you "player access" to the calendar & messages. 
  5. Register on FamilyID
     FAMILYID must be completed before player can attend in-person practices.
  6. Student Pledge. 
    Players must review the Student Pledge 
  7. Review the Covid Plan.
    Players & Parents must review the   CBE Athletics Health and Safety Plan then must sign the certification that you reviewed the plan -- you can do that here.
  8. Get your Physical.
    Physicals should take place after June 1, 2022. They need to be turned into the CBE Athletic Office no later than 8/8. DO NOT DELAY. The physical form can be found here. Page 6 needs to be signed by a Doctor. Completed physical forms can be uploaded directly through FAMILYID here.
  9. Fundraising. 
    We request all families participate in fundraising, please go to  2022 Parents Club Fundraisers ( to learn more.
  10. Game-Day Program.
    Review choices for including your player or a local business in the Game-Day Program Book.
    SENIORS: If you are a RISING SENIOR, please fill out your Senior Bio (mandatory) no later than August 3rd.
